Local rule during DIAC/DILAC 2010
Following local rule will be in effect during play of DIAC/DILAC 2010:
It is permitted to use distance measuring devices. Dec. 14-3/0.5 – Note to rule 14-3.
However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.

The players shall receive a complete course guide with all relevant measures on registration.

Fairways: Poa Annua + Festuga rubra + Poa Pratenses + Agrostis Capillaris
Rough: Rye grass + Poa annua
Greens: Festuga rubra + Agrostis capillaris
Cut height:
- Tees: 8 mm.
- Fairway: 9.5 mm.
- First cut: 45 mm.
- Maintained rough: 60+ mm.
- Green fringe: 8 mm.
- Greens: 3 mm.
